SED Diaphragm Valves

KMD 982 SED diaphragm valve for high purity applications in the pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical and cosmetic industries.

KMD is characterized by its plastic bonnet and its compact design; the outside diameter of the handwheel is the same size as the bonnet flange. The 982-version is standard equipped with a locking device.

Locking device

The locking device can be engaged by simply lifting the handwheel once the required position has been reached. To release the operating mechanism, simply return the handwheel to its previous position by pushing it downwards. When the system is in the locked position, u-lock can be installed to protect the plant against unwanted interference.
