I am part of the team since the first of April 2021, and no this is not a joke, in the role of the marketing and communication manager. Together with the team of marketing collegue's, I am working on further development and bringing structure to our communication both internal and external. Because of the current growth of Romynox this is of high importance. It has to result in putting Romynox out there as collaborating, problem solving and a reliable partner for the (bio) pharmaceutical industry. After 20 years of experience in communication at govermental and non-profit organizations, I found it quite exciting to start working at Romynox. But after a month the team of Romynox felt like a family, that doesn't want antyhing less than to help their customer as good as possible. Putting our shoulders in together gives me a lot of energy. The informative and casual atmosphere caused me to feel right at home. We are growing as a company, which causes challenges in workways and procedures. However, I am very confident that we will make it work!
