Testing safety valves

Each plant operated under a pressure of 0.5 bar or more is subject to the European legislation for pressure systems. Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC) PED. This means that each plant should have a overpressure protection system which is inspected on a regular basis. This usually happens every two years.

Romynox provides pressure relief products and offers you also a periodic inspection service. We have a test system that is especially suited for testing aseptic safety valves. These safety valves  usually have a tri-clamp connection.
